Genus delivery terms
Our pet store offers the following delivery methods:
- Deliveries are made via the courier's home address
- Deliveries to inPost parcel lockers
- Personal pickup at the store's warehouse (ul. Słoneczna 116A 05-500 Stara Iwiczna)

Delivery of orders worth over PLN 99 is FREE for orders placed within Poland
Goods ordered in the online store are delivered to the address indicated in the order via courier companies.
The time of receiving the shipment includes the order completion time and delivery time. For orders placed before 10.00, picking is carried out on the day of order. Shipment takes place immediately after completing the order, and delivery usually takes place the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
In specified cases, shipment may take place up to 30 days from the order date.
In Warsaw, deliveries are usually made the next business day at 10:00-18:00 In the case of payment by transfer, the above deadline is extended by the transfer processing time.
Proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) is attached to each shipment. The data included on the VAT invoice are consistent with the wording provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Before receiving the parcel from the courier, check whether the packaging has not been damaged during transport.
In the case of an order worth more than PLN 99, the Store covers shipping costs. In other cases, the order value is increased by the shipping costs of PLN 15. The store is not liable for non-delivery of goods or delay in delivery caused solely by the Customer providing an incorrect delivery address.
